Conditions for the Jetcredits loyalty program

Use of the app

Users need to install the app on their smartphones and create a client account using their email address to book a flight.

They must enter an airport for the departure and another for the arrival, as well as the number of passengers, to see the flight fare.

Users can use JETITNOW’s support by going to Contact and choosing the way they wish to communicate with us.

Users may check their operations and pending flights from the appropriate section.

Earning and using Jetcredits

In order to enjoy discounts through the Jetcredits loyalty program, users must first create an account on the app.

Then users can choose to pay all or part of their flights with Jetcredits or Euros.

Jetcredits cards can only be bought from the app and clients will be automatically forwarded to the right payment method depending on the one they chose. JETITNOW reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions of the Jetcredits loyalty programme at any time.

Jetcredits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed outside the JETITNOW app.

Jetcredits cannot be reimbursed or redeemed on any other app.

The estimate for the amount of Jetcredits earned is done automatically by the app depending on the place of departure and arrival chosen.

Cancellation fees

[For payments with Jetcredits]

In the event of a cancellation, the cancellation fees are estimated as follows, based on the fare of the flight booked:


  • No fees will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours from booking the flight (if the departure is at least 72 hours after the time it was booked). 

  • 20% of the total fare if cancelled between the booking date and up to 7 days before the departure.


  • 40% of the total fare if cancelled between 6 days and 48h before the departure.


  • 80% of the total fare if cancelled between 48h and 24h before the departure.

  • 100% of the total fare if cancelled within the last 24h before the departure.
